Returns & Exchanges

Exclusions on Cross-Drop Exchanges: Due to the unique nature of each collection, we cannot accommodate exchanges between different drops. Each collection is managed separately to maintain our inventory’s integrity and streamline future drops.

Return & Exchange Process: If an exchange is granted, items must be in their original condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Limited Refunds for Specific Cases: Refunds may be issued solely in cases where a product is demonstrably defective, significantly differs from the original description, or if there was a processing error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item). Remedies for Documented Issues: In the event that a significant undisclosed defect is validated, we may offer a 10% discount on your next purchase at our discretion. This is not a refund but a gesture of goodwill to ensure customer satisfaction.

Exchange Across Drops

To ensure a seamless inventory experience, we do not offer exchanges between different drops:

Efficient Inventory Management: Each drop is managed separately, and once items are sold, they are deleted from our system. Allowing cross-drop exchanges would disrupt our inventory process, making it challenging to maintain the quality and availability of future drops.

Maintaining Consistency: By limiting exchanges to the same drop, we can focus on bringing you new and exciting collections while maintaining the integrity of our inventory.
